Proper Fit
When properly inserted, the outer flange should be located at the opening of the ear canal, improper insertion will reduce effectiveness If properly fitted, the end of the earplugs should not be visible to someone looking at you from the front.
Removal
Gently twist earplug while slowly pulling in an outward motion for removal.
